Heather Radosin
Office ManagerHeather graduated from Northeastern University, and has worked at Mecca Integrated Medical Center since 2010 serving our patients’ needs. Heather works closely with insurance companies, verifying patient’s coverage, and obtaining authorizations. She is available to our patients to answer questions regarding insurance coverage, billing, and patient satisfaction.
Ylenia Consuegra
Human Resource Manager
Ylenia Consuegra first started at Mecca Integrated Medical as a Front Desk Administrator in 2019. Since then, she transitioned to Front Desk Lead and then Human Resource Manager. She graduated from Rutgers University in 2021 with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration concentrating in Human Resource Management and a minor in Labor Studies Work and Organizational Work Behavior. Ylenia is highly committed to Mecca and aids in conflict management for the overall company, in addition to peer motivation and teamwork building.
Chelsea Zayas
Community Relations Manager
Chelsea serves as Community Relations Manager. She joined Mecca in 2018 and has been working with the staff to provide excellent customer service. She is responsible for internal and external events, building relationships with current and potential patients. Chelsea is also responsible for all of Mecca’s social media and external marketing. Nicole Rotsides
Rehab Manager
Nicole graduated with a BS and MS in Athletic Training. She worked in the field for 8 years before joining the team at Mecca. She started as a Patient Care Coordinator before transitioning to a Rehab Tech and eventually into the Insurance Department. She is here to guide the Rehab Department and help out with patient care in any way she can.
